Today I am sharing with you an easy recipe for a salad dressing that you can make and store in the fridge at least for 1 month (take out from the fridge 10minutes before you need it).
I love this dressing, a sweet and sour taste that goes perfectly in a fresh salad.
Ingredients (1 bottle of 250ml):
. 1teasp English mustard
. 1teasp honey
. ½ of a lemon (juice)
. 1teasp white wine vinegar
. 200ml olive oil
In a mixing bowl or using a blender mix together honey, mustard and white wine vinegar.
Slowly, add the olive oil whisking continually to emulsify the mix until get a thicker consistency.
Add a dash of water to get a smooth dressing.
At the end, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
