Chocolate, Avocado, Orange and Chia seeds - Delicious healthy treat

You know how I love to try new recipes, play with new products and also search  for recipes that I think can result very well or that I know I can manipulate some details and ingredients and getting a surprising final result .

This recipe is not just yummy but also smart, using different products to get a sweet treat in a healthy way.

It's from a portuguese blog Receitas para a Felicidade (Recipes for the Happiness) and iit is wonderful for those who can not eat eggs or dairy,. It is a dessert that uses the good amount of fat that an avocado has  and Chia seeds (n the presence of a liquid swells and helps to give consistency).

So here I leave you not just the link but also the recipe already translated.

(I decided to sprinkle with some granola and another with grated coconut).

1 cup. orange juice
3tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 large ripe avocado
200g of dark-chocolate
tbsp. chia seed
Shaved chocolate and orange, zest  to decorate

In a blender, place the orange juice, honey, avocado, chocolate (previously melted in a water bath and cooled) and chia seeds.

Blend until a creamy and shiny mixture.

Set this mix into  pudding cups or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30/40 minutes.

Before serving, garnish with orange zest and chocolate (take the small square of the tablet).
